When a local community bank needed to promote its music-festival-style customer appreciation event, it wanted a fun look and feel. Mini-concerts took place at each branch location, with food, face-painting, and giveaways. The event was supported by frequent social media posts, a website landing page, e-mail marketing, newspaper ads, and lobby screens.
